Midwich Group announce exclusive distribution partnership with ROOMZ in the UK and Ireland

Midwich Group, a specialist audio visual (“AV”) distributor to the trade market with operations across the UK and Ireland, Continental Europe and Asia-Pacific, is pleased to announce an exclusive UK and Ireland distribution partnership with ROOMZ.  

The partnership with ROOMZ, the next generation of wireless room management solutions, will go live at Technology Xposed, Midwich Group’s flagship annual event. ROOMZ will help end-users manage their meeting rooms using this fully wireless and elegant system. ROOMZ is easy to install, connect to the wireless network, and control via the easy-to-use features such as “spontaneous booking” and “free the room”.

Adding the ROOMZ sensor will automatically eliminate ghost meetings and provide analytics on the real use of your spaces such as, meeting rooms, huddle spaces, and hot desks.

The ROOMZ solution has an impressive battery life of between 2-4 years on a single charge. The simple wall plate is cable free, can be stuck to any surface and connects to the existing Wi-Fi network. The Hardware (8” panel) comes with a two-year licence. The ROOMZ sensor, which is a separate bit of hardware, is an upfront cost, meaning no subscription cost.
